League City Spine & Sports Medicine
About League City Spine & Sports Medicine
League City Spine and Sports Medicine is a medically integrated chiropractic clinic. This means we have a team of providers all working together to provide our patients comprehensive care. Our team includes a medical director, who is an ER physician, nurse practitioners with additional training in medical weight loss and ultrasound guided joint injections and chiropractors with advanced certifications in taping, rehab exercises, acupuncture and sports medicine. Our clinic focuses on all non-surgical injuries to the spine, muscles and joints.
What you can expect on your first visit
On the first day, our primary goal is to determine the cause of your pain and the best course of treatment. We do this by taking a thorough history and performing a complete examination of the injured area. For the vast majority of our patients, we will then provide a specific plan and begin treatment that same day. When we begin care, we will outline a plan that includes ways to immediately reduce your pain, home exercises and stretches to complement our care and eventually establish a rehab strategy to make sure your injury has completely resolved.
If during your exam process it is determined that your condition requires additional imaging (x-ray or MRI) prior to beginning care, our providers will order those tests. Once we review the imaging, we will either begin our treatment or coordinate expedited referrals to our network of trusted specialists.
Many of our patient’s injuries are complicated by being overweight. If you are looking for ways to lose weight or wanting to focus on eating better for health, our team has a variety of options that can help. These include diet modification, detox programs, nutrition supplements and traditional medical weight loss involving medication.

About Natalie Greer, APRN, NP-C
Natalie grew up in a small town in West Tennessee and attended college at the University of Tennessee. (Go Vols!) After graduation, she attended Union University’s accelerated BSN program where her passion for medicine was born. Soon after graduating from Union, she moved to Nashville, TN where she worked in long term – acute care, pre-operative services and in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU) as a registered nurse for nearly 6 years. While in Nashville, she met her husband Marshall whose work moved them to Birmingham, Alabama. While in Birmingham, she continued her work in the PACU and pre-op unit at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Natalie also attended UAB’s Master of Science of Nursing program, where she studied to become an adult/geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2018. Soon after, she and her husband moved to Houston, TX where she has been practicing as a nurse practitioner and loving every minute of it! Some of her practice areas include acute pain, joint injections, trigger point injections and medical weight loss. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Marshall, and their rambunctious dog, Luna. They enjoy hanging out with friends and family, watching football, attending concerts and pretty much anything they can do outdoors.
