I have struggled with neck and jaw pain for years without relief. After seeing Elizabeth Doise, I finally feel like I can move my head/neck without pain- a feeling that I had totally forgotten. She was able to listen to my complaints and accurately assess exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

The office staff was great and accommodated me with a quick appointment. The doctor and the assistance were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable about the treatments. I would recommend them highly.

Dr. Doise is wonderful! She’s worked with our infant since she was about 5 months old, and the progress we’ve seen due to Elizabeth’s efforts and attention is phenomenal. She’s worked with our baby doing the craniosacral therapy, and we could not be happier with her care. The clinic staff is amazing as well!

...so hear me out. I have been having the worst muscle knots for the past 2+ month to the point where I could barely move my neck and my shoulder was hard as a rock. I've tried stretching, thai massages, deep tissues massages etc. I finally gave in, and ChatGPT suggested this specific location at the top of the list.

I originally made an appt for 6:15 PM, but woke up with sharp pain, so they were able to accomodate me within the hour. The front desk staff are wonderful. They checked me in quickly and were so personable.

Elizabeth "Liz" did an initial assessment and noticed I had knots in my shoulder, back, and neck area. She also noticed I had knots impinging on my spine. She started by putting in the needles and hooked me up to an electrode machine for 15 mins, manually dry needled, and adjusted me for another 10 ins.

Unfortunately I had a very stubborn knot along the base of my neck, and was still unable to move my neck. I told her it was ok, but she was not about to give up on me. She told me that she was going to get somebody. I was confused, because what do you mean "get somebody."

Before I know it, this giant human-being walks in the room. I'm a tall girl but this man was huge like Hodor from Game of Thrones. I was nervous, because do they just keep Juggernauts in the back or something. Not gonna lie, I was nervous because she went and found the largest person they had. Anyways, he made me lay back down on the table, and rubbed my back and neck to find where I was having issues.

He finds the spot on my neck and was " Oh, we got a mad dog. It's fighting." lol. I'm like, huh, what does that even mean. Then he tells me to drop my right shoulder. The next thing I know he cracked me like a glow stick. Y'all... the amount of instant relief I felt was so overwhelming I literally started crying. Mind you, I don't cry. I hate crying.

He was like "there we go" and tells me to look right. I had full range of motion, which is crazy because I could barely move my head before I came in. Then he says "That'll do", and non-chalantly disappeared like he didn't just change my whole existence. This big beautiful angel is a god-send. I wanted to thank him, but he was nowhere to be found. They probably keep him hostage in a storage room, and only pull him out to fix the unfixable.Just kidding. lol

Either way, check out was easy, and I told the staff to thank the tiny lady (Liz) and the big man (Dr. Brian) for their help. They were magnficent. I already booked another session to be readjusted. I highly suggest this location if you are having any issues.

All the staff from the front desk to the back of the clinic were very kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and actively listen to my concerns and questions. Everyone was so positive and helpful!

This is the place!! I just love the staff and Dr. Sansalone at League City Spine & Sports - I have been his patient since 2015. After going to other chiros & ERs for sudden debilitating pain for about 3 years no answers, it took him minutes to diagnose me and minutes to address/treat the issue. I went from 10/10 pain can’t even stand to 1/10 full mobility in one session. We live in Pearland now, but I still make the drive to League City when I have a flare up to see Dr. Sansalone. He is always kind, patient, and he makes sure before I leave that all my concerns are addressed. Exceptional!!

All of the staff are amazing. Nurse Practitioner Tiffani Crochet conducted a painless procedure for testosterone pellet insertion and I couldn’t be happier with my treatment. I highly recommend these folks!

Adrienne is fantastic, she listens and takes the time to address the issue and find the root as well as a solution instead of just trying a bandaid. I highly recommend her and her team at League City Spine and Sports.

During my consultation and initial treatment, I could already tell I was in the right place. These are true professionals who have mastered their approach to wellness. This was my first time going to them and as soon as i walked in i was warmly greeted and offered a coffee and seat. Didn't have to wait long to be called back and seen. Very kind respectful actually heard me out and let me explain everything that was going on with me without interrupting me and made me feel very comfortable and I felt seen and heard which is very important to me. Very attentive and considerate to me and the problems I was having and experiencing. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help
